Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions for using the online shop (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided on this website by Re-style REVO Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") are required to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)
1.These Terms shall apply to all relationships between Users and the Company concerning the use of the Service.

2.The Company may establish various provisions (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Provisions"), such as rules for use, in addition to these Terms in connection with the Service. Regardless of their title, these Individual Provisions shall constitute a part of these Terms.

3.If the provisions of these Terms conflict with those of the Individual Provisions, the Individual Provisions shall take precedence unless otherwise specified in the Individual Provisions.

Article 2 (Registration)
1.To use the Service, a person wishing to register must agree to these Terms and apply for registration in accordance with the method specified by the Company. The registration shall be completed when the Company notifies the applicant of its approval.

2.The Company may refuse to approve registration applications if it determines that the applicant falls under any of the following, and it has no obligation to disclose the reasons for its decision:

  1. The applicant provided false information in the registration application.
  2. The application was submitted by a person who has previously violated these Terms.
  3. The Company otherwise deems the registration inappropriate.

Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)
1.Users shall manage their User ID and password for the Service at their own responsibility.

2.Users must not transfer, lend, or share their User ID and password with a third party under any circumstances. The Company considers any login made with a matching combination of User ID and password to be the User's own use.

3.The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of a User ID or password by a third party, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.

Article 4 (Sales Contracts)
1.In the Service, a sales contract shall be formed when a User makes a purchase request to the Company, and the Company notifies the User of its acceptance. Ownership of the purchased product shall transfer to the User when the Company hands the product over to the delivery company.

2.The Company may cancel the sales contract without prior notice to the User if:

  1. The User violates these Terms.
  2. The delivery cannot be completed due to an unknown address or prolonged absence.
  3. The Company determines that the trust relationship between the Company and the User has been compromised.

3.The methods for payment, delivery, cancellation of purchase requests, and returns concerning the Service shall be determined separately by the Company.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)
The copyright and other intellectual property rights of the product images and other content (hereinafter referred to as "Content") provided through the Service belong to the Company or the rightful owners such as content providers. Users shall not reproduce, reprint, modify, or otherwise use the Content without authorization.

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)
Users must not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

  1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
  2. Criminal acts or acts related to criminal activities.
  3. Acts that infringe on copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights contained in the Service.
  4. Acts that damage or interfere with the functions of the Company's servers or networks.
  5. Commercial use of information obtained through the Service.
  6. Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service.
  7. Unauthorized access or attempts to gain unauthorized access.
  8. Collection or accumulation of personal information related to other Users.
  9. Impersonation of other Users.
  10. Providing direct or indirect benefits to anti-social forces in connection with the Service.
  11. Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Article 7 (Suspension of Service)
1.The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users if:

  1. Maintenance or updates are required for the computer system related to the Service.
  2. Provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters.
  3. Computers or communication lines are stopped due to an accident.
  4. The Company determines that providing the Service is difficult for other reasons.

2.The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by Users or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the Service, regardless of the reason.

Article 8 (Usage Restrictions and Deregistration)
1.The Company may restrict all or part of the User's use of the Service or cancel their registration without prior notice if:

  1. The User violates any provision of these Terms.
  2. False information is found in the registered details.
  3. The credit card provided by the User as a payment method is suspended.
  4. The User fails to fulfill payment obligations such as fees.
  5. The User does not respond to communication from the Company for a certain period.
  6. The Service has not been used for a certain period since the last use.
  7. The Company otherwise deems the User's use of the Service inappropriate.

2.The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User due to actions taken by the Company under this Article.

Article 9 (Withdrawal)
Users may withdraw from the Service by following the prescribed withdrawal procedures.

Article 10 (Disclaimer and Warranties)
1.The Company does not guarantee that the Service is free of factual or legal defects, including defects, errors, bugs, rights violations, or issues related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, or suitability for specific purposes.

2.The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users through the Service. However, if the contract between the Company and the User related to the Service (including these Terms) constitutes a consumer contract under the Consumer Contract Act, this disclaimer shall not apply. Even in such cases, the Company shall not be liable for special damages arising from special circumstances, whether the Company or the User foresaw or could have foreseen such damages.

3.The Company assumes no responsibility for disputes, transactions, or communication between Users and other Users or third parties in connection with the Service.

Article 11 (Modification of Service)
The Company may modify the content of the Service or discontinue its provision without notice and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users due to such modifications or discontinuation.

Article 12 (Changes to the Terms)
The Company may change these Terms at any time without notice if deemed necessary. Users who start using the Service after changes to these Terms are deemed to have agreed to the modified Terms.

Article 13 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Company shall appropriately handle personal information obtained through the Service in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.

Article 14 (Notifications and Communication)
Notifications or communication between the User and the Company shall be conducted in the manner specified by the Company. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, notifications or communication sent to the currently registered contact shall be deemed effective at the time of dispatch.

Article 15 (Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations)
Users may not assign or pledge their status under the usage contract or their rights or obligations under these Terms to third parties without prior written consent from the Company.

Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
1.These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.

2.In the event of a dispute arising in connection with the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
