About Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are free of charge.

Handling Undeliverable Packages Due to Unknown Address or Extended Absence

• The storage period for packages at the courier's facility is approximately 1 week to 10 days (varies by courier).

• If the storage period expires, the package will be considered as declined and returned to our store. In such cases, standard return shipping fees (cash on delivery) for each package will be incurred. These return shipping fees will be charged to the customer. Additionally, if you wish to have the package re-shipped, a separate re-shipping fee will apply in addition to the return shipping fee. (Details regarding re-shipping and return shipping fees will be provided separately.)

• Please note that in cases where the package is returned due to long-term absence, refusal to accept the package, or similar reasons, and subsequently canceled, the round-trip shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

• Details regarding the amount will be provided separately.

• This also applies to cases where the delivery cannot be completed due to an unclear address. When placing an order, please double-check your address, including building and room numbers, before registering.

• If the package is returned due to refusal of receipt, expiration of the courier’s storage period, or extended absence after it has been shipped, your order will be canceled. For customers who have previously refused delivery or been absent for an extended period, we will no longer accept orders from them in the future.
